She has worked as a production editor for 4-color college-level textbooks in the arts and sciences, managing complex art programs, teams of freelance designers, editors, and illustrators, while communicating with outside vendors including compositors and printers. Her expertise is in copyediting, which she has done for Wadsworth Publishing, Dolby Laboratories, The University of California, Hungry Minds.com, the Wall Street firm of Berkery, Noyes, & Co., and several online lifestyle magazines. Her job duties have also included research, fact checking, and proofreading.
